Know your POWER
When the powerless (not knowing who they are, their purpose or their potential)) are put in a position of power... they will misuse it, abuse it, lose it, confuse it with control, manipulation, and fear. They don't know it in themselves, thus they can't recognize it or know how to wheel it effectively, or gracefully. They will use it to fill holes if insecurity within them. So the power becomes all about them.....They will redefine it... confining others with it... instead of setting them free.
Before seeking or accepting a position of power.... know yourself... know your power first. There is power in knowing.
