A big issue with bondage is US. We can become bound to our bondage. To the point we think we need it. It becomes a crutch. Yet we cry out for help...Don't let your CRUTCH hinder your season of HELP... LET GO of what's holding you... IT will never change. But it will change YOU into something you don't want to be. But IF you want change for the best, YOU must be willing to LET GO of the CRUTCH...
You don't need it... it's time to embrace change. Help is present... but you will be unable to embrace it while holding on to what's been holding you. LET IT GO!
